1.Installation of the laser tube

1). Figure out the direction of positive port and negative port.

There are two metal ports from both sides of the tube. The one near the inside spiral part is positive port, and the other one is negative port.

2)Installation of laser tube.

Remove the two screws with M4 allen wrench (find it in the toolbox)and inlay the laser tube into the two chassis. The negative port should be towards the first reflecting mirror. The distance between them should be 2-5cm.Then fix the tube with the screws.

(Note: When connect the wires on the tube, must tight it and then put on the cavity cap)

3)Connection of the water pipes.

Adjust the laser tube by spiraling it a little to make the inlet pipe from the positive port under the laser tube, so the positive red wire is above the laser tube. Meanwhile, the outlet pipe and the negative black wire are above the laser tube.

2. Maintenance of the laser tube

1)Handle with care when exchanging the new tube for that it is made of glass and fragile.

2)The laser tube should work with purified water in order to avoid generating incrustation. If there is incrustation in the tube, please clean it with 20% diluted hydrochloric acid.

3)Turn on the water chiller, check if there are air bubbles in the tube. If so, wait one minute for the flowing of the water or pinch the water pipe with fingers to get way of the air bubbles .When the laser tube is completely filled with water, you can start to work.

4)Keep a good control of water temperature and it will work most efficiently at a temperature of 25℃.Keep an eye on the water chiller which has a limited capability of refrigeration and keep it under 35℃ in summer. In winter you should always avoid freezing of the water by drilling out after use or apply deicing fluid in the cooling system.

5) Machine power allow 220V±10%, (if 110V power, then is 110V±10%). If your power supply not steady, please install a voltage stabilizer.
